This is the new Kroger Cincinnati Coupon Policy. All the store's in my area are now using this policy. The first sentence is a little hard to red but states “We reserve the right to limit no more than (5) paper manufacturer coupons for the same product, each coupon value considered (1) coupon in the same transaction.
